Epixtar Announces Third Quarter
Operating Results

Confirms 230% Increase of 9-Month Revenue Over Last Year's
Same Period
MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Nov. 21, 2003 - Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR
- News; FWB:EXY) today announced operating results for the
third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2003.
Revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2003 were $8.5
million with net income slightly above $1.1 million or $.11
per share. This compares with revenue of $7.7 million and
a net loss of $792 thousand or ($.01) per share in the third
quarter of 2002 as restated.
Revenues for the nine-months ended September 30, 2003 were
just under $30.2 million with net income of $4.4 million or
$.42 per share. This compares with revenues of $13.1 million
and a net loss of $3.975 million or ($.43) per share in the
same period of 2002, as restated.
