Epixtar Announces Preliminary Third
Quarter Operating Results

Projects 230% Increase of
9-Month Revenue Over Last Year's Same Period
MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Nov. 13, 2003 -
Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR - News; FWB:EXY) today announced
unaudited, preliminary operating results for the third quarter
and nine months ended September 30, 2003.
Revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2003 are
estimated to be $8.5 million with net income slightly above $1
million. This compares with revenue of $7.7 million and a loss
of $143 thousand in the third quarter of 2002 as restated.
Estimated revenues for the nine-months ended September 30,
2003 are $30.1 million with net income of $4.3 million. This
compares with revenues of $12.8 million and a loss of $3.2
million in the same period of 2002, as restated.
The Company anticipates that final financial results for the
period will be available on November 19, 2003 with the filing of
its form 10QSB.
