Epixtar Corp Reports Record Second Quarter and Six-Month
Operating Results

MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Aug. 14, 2003 -
Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR - News) today reported record operating
results for the second quarter and six-month period ended
June 30, 2003.
Revenues for the quarter were $9.2 million with net income of
$1.3 million or $.13 per share. This compares with revenue of $3
million and a loss of $2.1 million or ($.21) per share in the
second quarter of 2002 as restated.
Revenues for the six-months ended June 30, 2003 were $21.6
million with net income of $3.3 million or $.32 per share. This
compares with revenue of $5.1 million and a loss of $3.1 million
or ($.30) per share for the same period of 2002 as restated. For
