SB Research, Inc. Announces Independent Research on Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB: EPXR.OB)

NEW YORK - Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ - Mark Hong, CFA, Director of Research at SB Research, Inc. announced today independent research of Miami-based Epixtar Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: EPXR.OB - News).

According to Hong, Epixtar is "well positioned in the offshore business processing outsourcing space as it is developing approximately 4000 seats in call centers in the Philippines, India and South Africa." Epixtar had 2002 revenues of $26 million and earned $2.3 million in the first quarter of 2003 and $1.5 million in the last quarter of 2002. The company's second quarter 2003 financials are due to be released by August 14,2003.

Because of the large, educated labor pool and significant government incentives in offshore countries such as India and the Philippines, Hong believes that "the company is well positioned to scale up its business in the foreseeable future." Epixtar's business model allows it to seek strong profit margins from the inbound and outbound call center services it provides for Fortune 1000 clients.

Hong indicated that he would periodically update his research and offer commentary on any significant material developments occurring at Epixtar Corp.
