Epixtar Names Executives for
Call Center Expansion

MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - July 30, 2003 - Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR
- News) today announced the appointment of four vice president
and senior vice president level executives to support expansion
plans that call for approximately 4,000 call center seats
in India and the Philippines, with additional facilities contemplated
in South Africa in FY 2004.
Recently filled positions include senior vice president -
call center operations; senior vice president - business development;
managing director - Philippines call center; vice president
- Philippines operations; managing director - Bombay call
center; and managing director - Calcutta call center.
Sneharthi Roy has been named senior vice president call center
operations. Roy will manage Epixtar's ongoing call center
acquisition, development, and operations from Epixtar's Miami
headquarters. Prior to joining Epixtar, Roy led the Call Center
Operations Group for HCL Info System Limited in Delhi. At
HCL he presided over the construction, staffing and operations
of nine call centers throughout India. Roy was responsible
for all facets of operations including telecommunications
integration, quality assurance, and back office data processing.
He received a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian
School of Mines and an MBA from Jadavpur University.
Kurt Protzman was named senior vice president, business development.
Protzman will oversee the Company's client relationships as
they relate to ongoing marketing services programs. Protzman's
experience includes tenure as the vice president in charge
of strategic accounts at Sitel World Wide, where he spearheaded
a CRM initiative for General Motors. Previously, Protzman
was vice president, general manager at Transcomusa, Inc. an
$80 million teleservices company. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan
University.
Gideon Javier will fill the position of managing director,
Philippines. Javier will manage all of Epixtar's commercial
and governmental relationships in the Philippines. Previously,
Javier served in variety of executive positions within telecommunications
companies. Most recently he was president of Integrated Satellite
Networks, a VSAT point-to-point data connectivity company.
Javier is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University
where he earned a B.A. in East Asian Studies. He did graduate
research at Tokyo University.
Jonathan Smith will become vice president, call center operations/Philippines.
Smith will oversee call center build out and manage operations
in Epixtar's new 1,500-seat plus facility in Eastwood City,
Manila. Smith joined the Epixtar team from Contact World Philippines,
a subsidiary of Salmat Australia, Inc., where he managed call
center operations, growing that facility from 40 to 600 agents
in under a year. Previously, Smith held a variety of operations
and management positions within Sitel Australia.
Sangeeta Shah and Santanu (Sunny) Bhattacharjee were named
managing directors for Bombay and Calcutta, respectively.
Their responsibilities will include the development of Epixtar's
proposed call centers in those locales, as well as commercial
and governmental relations in India. Ms. Shah was managing
director Global e-Services Pvt. Ltd in Bombay, a 120 seat
call center, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana
Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Science from
Ball State University. Bhattacharjee, who successfully negotiated
Epixtar's recently announced Memorandum of Understanding with
the Government of West Bengal, India, has been a senior advisor
at MCI WorldCom and Nortel, and the chief technology officer
of ipMedica. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science Engineering
from the University of Texas, Arlington.
