Epixtar Completes Acquisition of Philippine Call Center Company

Company to Have Up To 2000 Contact Center Seats by August

MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - March 3, 2004 - Epixtar Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR
- News) today announced that it has completed the acquisition
of the assets of I-Call Global Services Corp.'s Manila, Philippines-based
call center. The Company stated that the purchase price is
46 Million Philippine Pesos (approximate 815 Thousand U.S.
Dollars) in cash and stock.
Since early September 2003, Epixtar, under a separate arrangement,
assumed responsibility from the former ownership for day-to-day
management of the call center where the assets are located.
The Company utilizes the center's capacity primarily to market
services on behalf of its enterprise clientele, including
a tier-one telecommunications carrier and a Fortune 500 business
information company.
Epixtar currently has approximately 250 contact center seats
in operation in the former I-Call facility in Alabang (a Manila
suburb) and is nearing phase-one completion of its Regional
Headquarters in Eastwood City, Manila.
Upon completion, the Company's Eastwood City flagship, a
12-story office building known as Epixtar House, will have
approximately 1,750 contact center seats. "We're on schedule
to bring up around 350 seats a months over the next five months
beginning in April," said Sneharthi Roy, Epixtar's senior
vice-president for call center development. "This timing
coincides with capacity demand from existing enterprise contracts
for Epixtar's services."
Epixtar officials also confirmed that the Company, responding
to the wishes of its current and prospective clients, has
decided to delay its entry into the Indian market and emphasize
the advantages of the Philippines as an outsourcing destination.
Epixtar is considering several other sites in the Philippines
at this time and hopes to rapidly expand capacity in the near
future.
