recognized by the Philippine Quality Awards for Business Excellence.
The award for the Most Outstanding Outbound Call Center celebrates
companies operating in the Philippines that exemplify business
excellence. These organizations have achieved business success
based on an international seven-point criteria patterned on
the global Malcolm Baldridge Awards.
