Predicts Substantially Higher Fourth Quarter Revenues
MIAMI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Jan. 7, 2003 - EPIXTAR Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR),
formerly Global Asset Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:GAHI), announced
today that it previously had changed its name to EPIXTAR Corp.
and has been advised that starting January 7th, 2003 its common
stock will begin trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the
symbol EPXR.
The company also announced that it has introduced two new
products for sale, which are being telemarketed to small businesses.
One is a legal service and the other is a bundled long distance
telephone product. Preliminary results indicate both products
have been favorably received.
Based on a preliminary review the Company believes that its
fourth quarter revenues will substantially exceed third quarter
revenues of 7.75 million.
The Company also announces that Martin Miller has been elected
chairman and chief executive officer, Mr. Irving Greenman
has been named chief financial officer and Deborah Gambone,
corporate counsel to the Company, has been elected as Vice
President and Secretary of the Company.
